White yeast free range

We make the following range of yeast free breads available as 400g loaf (sliced or unsliced), rolls, french stick and pizza bases.

Ingredients

• WHITE
  Wheat flour, vegetable fat, baking powder and salt.
• WHOLEMEAL
  Wholemeal wheat flour, vegetable fat, baking powder and salt.
• CRACKED WHEAT
  Malted wheat flour, vegetable fat, baking powder and salt.

  Hovis wheat flour (including cooked wheatgerm, emulsifier E472(e), flour improver, L-Ascorbic acid (vitamin C)), soya flour, baking powder and salt.
